[Wiki] Should I translate the categories?

Hi all.
I notice that all the there is only one wiki for all the languages and non-English articles are created as sub pages of the English pages. But when it comes to the categories, non-English pages are using English categories now. Therefore, readers are not able to read them in their local languages. Should I also translate the categories? If I should, then how to do that?
Here is what I plan to do but I don't whether it's right or not.
For example, there is a category named [[Category:Hello]], I am going to create a category named [[Category:Nihao]] for listing the articles written in Chinese, and then make [[Category:Nihao]] be a sub category of [[Category:Hello]] and [[Category:Chinese]].

How do you think of this? Any suggestions?

I don't think so. The Arch Linux and DEBIAN GNU/Linux wikies doesn't do this so I think you shouldn't.
