MineClone2: Explosion while mining

While digging in MineClone2 0.48.1 an explosion nearly killed me, damaged the castle walls and the mobs came in.
A couple of minutes later, I again got an explosion while mining.

How can this happen? Do stones drop TNT or so and it explodes automatically?

Are you sure it’s not just creepers?

What texmex said. Unless Wuzzy2 has updated the creepers code the can explode if they are within about 15 nodes of you, even if they are on the other side of a thick wall.

Thanks! It probably was a creeper, and I did not see it behind the walls.
