This is a brand new game, built totaly from scratch (no parts from default minetest)
and at least 90% of all things (items, blocks, textures...) are made just for this game

As the name "extra Environment" the game aims to contain lots of environments and things.
The goal is not to compete to default minetest, but as a fine and playable alternative to it.

Im trying to make the game work with common mods, but will still be different, eg wood/stone tools is replaced with flint, softer wield hand (i would like to see anyone break a tree with his hand :) etc...

The game also have api's for code we are repeating, eg plants/trees, tools, furnishings ... this speeds up the modding, also alows "automatic modding" becaouse those api's only needs 1 or 2 textures with a name to generate a bunch of items

Beginning tips:
You are starting with a craftguide (or it becomes way to hard to start)
Tools can only be crafted by workbench except flint tools (for realistic reasons :)
Get stricks from leaves and ground, get flint from sand and craft with sticks to tools.

When you look at the side of those nodes through the water it looks a little weird. Other than that it looks pretty good

Its hard to make water textures, the colors too, so i turned up the blue color a lot

it looks very nice, indeed,
but truly I haven't seen such nice water since years,
* near beech more sand in,
* and outside a lot of plastic already

go on, ... but before I would use it, need to check
* lua memory using
* lag producing
as I got very serious about his now, I hate lag and also OOM !

yeah, ill add beach soon, but at the movment i need to make difference between lakes and ocean (fresh water & salt water)

Dont be afraid to play with lava and fire in this game!

all items that are "flammable" eg wood, torches, tree floats in water, all other sinks.
all items in torchs, fire, lava ... (igniter) will burn up.
lava can burn all flammable/burnable blocks 1 away from it (igniter 3)
fire can burn all burnable blocks next into it (igniter 2) and are spreading a none-spreading (igniter 1) fire,
and will keep burn as long there are something to burn, not randomly disappear.

so fire can damage your buildings, but just that touch the fire.
lava damages your building much more, but only that are near it.
