I have a little advice for you.
Firstly, specify a license which makes your mod free to use. If you don't care about copyright and you only want to make it free, pick CC0. Alternatively,
choose a different free license. Non-free licenses are forbidden on this forum.
Secondly, each mod should follow one theme and keep to it. As I have seen, your mod adds a lot of different stuff. I think, you should break your mod into a pack of separate mods so people can enable only the parts they like. If I still haven't convinced you, I can add that you will be that way an author of more mods and you'll have more submissions.
