[Mod] Ocean [xocean]

Hello here is a new mod that has been worked on a lot! This mod adds tropical fish, coral reefs, decorative ocean blocks, and much more!
Adds:
-Tropical Fish (Kob, SunStreak, and Dasher)
-Dolphin
-Ocean blocks (Ocean Stone, Ocean Cobble, and many more)
-Corals and Reefs (Brain, Tube, Bubble, Horn, and Fire)
License:
MIT

I've been thinking about making an exploration subgame based on the sailing mod and this would fit the aesthetic very well. I need to come up with some goals that aren't industrialization though.
Might go the terrafirmacraft way of making it so doing anything is hard so reaching slightly less low tech is an accomplishment. A ritual/magic tech tree could work too.
I'm also thinking about cargo missions mainly because transporting a huge moai statue on a tiny canoe would be hilarious but also this would fit the exploration theme.

hello, your work is really cool!

small requests for the continuation:

- Splitter functions (generation, mobs) in modpack which is easier to manage for the future.

- Support internationalization for names and descprition.

Hi, I tested it tonight on my server ... the dolphins and fish are washed up on the beach.

It also pleased me with my mod mobs_water.

the only hack I found but not very clean is to add:

jump = false,
stepheight = 0.1,

I find the spwan a bit too big for my taste, so I went to an interval of 60 and a chance of 8000

I find the dolphins a bit big too, no?

Great idea with the beaching problem!
I'll try to make the dolphins a bit rarer(maybe),
The fish will be deffernt in the next update(they will only spawn near coral reefs)

StarNinjas,

I have not yet browsed your code, but I'd like to ask now, can this be imported into lib_ecology/lib_materials? Full attribution will certainly be given.

My goals with those mods are to essentially package the best of MT into singular points of reference. One of my motivations for those mods was the incompatibility or performance of some biome generating mods. Oceans are indeed lacking MT wide. I've been able to cobble together the new default ocean life, stuff from valleys mapgen, ethereal, the Farlands game, and elsewhere, and so far have a nice growing ocean atmosphere.

An additional bonus/feature is the implementation of ecosystems. Microbiomes, if you will, to help break up the monotony of the built in biomes. Now, while traversing the map, you will encounter much more diverse flora, and coming soon, fauna.
